Ingredients

  • 3 cups flour
  • 3 cups of sugar
  • 6 eggs
  • 125g butter
  • a teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • teaspoon coconut extract
  • baking powder
  • pinch of salt
  • a cup of sour cream
  • 2 cups coconut flour
  • a cup of white chocolate chips
  • 100g cream cheese
  • 25g butter
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons sour cream
  • cup of coconut flour
  • a teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Beat butter and sugar in a large bowl, then gradually add the eggs, one at a time.
  2. Add sour cream, vanilla and coconut extract and continue beating.
  3. In another bowl, combine the flour, baking powder and salt, then slowly add this mixture to the bowl with the wet ingredients. Mix well to obtain a smooth paste.
  4. Butter the cake tin and pour the batter into it. Bake in a preheated 175 degree Celsius oven for about an hour and twenty minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  5. When the cake is cooked, carefully remove it from the mold and let it cool on a wire rack.
  6. Beat cream cheese, butter, vanilla extract and salt in a bowl until smooth.
  7. Gradually add powdered sugar, then sour cream. Mix until you get a smooth cream.
  8. Cut the cooled cake in half and fill it with the prepared cream filling. Sprinkle generously with coconut flour.
